Dear Pink Papaya Friends,
Welcome to Pink Papaya, a company that embraces the lifestyle of “inner balance & outer beauty.” Inner balance represents the mission of Pink Papaya to support women desiring a balanced life of family, giving and career. Outer beauty describes our passion for creating the highest quality and most luxurious spa and beauty products available, made with natural ingredients.
My sister, Karen, and I began our Pink Papaya journey as children. After hours of playing outside our Chicago home, we would fall asleep in our twin beds brainstorming about diff erent businesses we could start together. As time passed with college, careers, and children our dreams were put on hold. Karen pursued a career in social work, while I worked as a marketing executive, and then in 1993 started my own successful consulting company.
In 2004, we decided to turn our childhood dreams into a reality and began Pink Papaya! In 2006 we opened our doors, providing opportunities for women to enhance their daily routines by joining us as a Consultant or by attending a Pink Papaya party.
During the past year, Pink Papaya more than tripled in size! The Pink Papaya team warmly welcomes all our new Consultants to our family and thank our long term Consultants for their ongoing support.
Our parties feature products made in the USA with no animal testing, offering head-to-toe paraben-free solutions, and utilizing high percentages of the purist botanicals and essential oils available.
We are certain you will enjoy the new products and scents offered in this year’s catalog. Most importantly our parties off er today’s busy woman the opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with their friends.
At Pink Papaya, we match our passion for good products with a desire to give back to our communities, particularly to women that are struggling in less fortunate situations. This past year we expanded our Mother’s Day program which helps mothers at battered and homeless women shelters. Additionally, we have added two more exciting programs to our philanthropy efforts.
Our first program focuses on young women who have grown beyond the foster care system and are interested in pursuing a college career. The second program provides solar ovens to villages in developing nations in order to actively reduce deforestation and the potential perils women face as they are forced to journey beyond their villages to collect firewood in an effort to feed their families.
Please take a moment to browse through our catalog and learn more about our products, our opportunities and our philanthropic eff orts. My sister and I invite you to share in our business dream and to build a better future together.
